DO YOU SET UP MY RENTALS?
Table and chair rentals do not come with set up. We are available to set up chairs and tables for an additional fee. Chairs start at .25 cents per chair to set up and .25 cents per chair to take down. Tables are $1 per table to set up and $1 per table to take down. We set up all Restroom Trailers, Refrigerated Trailers, Tents, Dance Floors, Custom Lighting. Please contact us for a quote. We do not offer set up services for table settings, linens, or general decor items.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY FEE?
We charge a very reasonable delivery fee based on location. Please contact us regarding delivery fees. Please inform us at time of reservation, PRIOR to delivery, if there are special requirements for accessing your event location, such as steep driveways, stairs, or limited access to site. Additional fees apply for same day delivery, deliveries/pick ups before 8AM, or deliveries/pick ups after 8PM.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
For party equipment there is a minimum order of $250.00.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, contact Rockstar Rental during business hours at
(586) 834-8765. To secure your reservation, we will record your name, event location, telephone numbers where you can be reached on the day of the event, the equipment that you are renting, and any other pertinent details that we will need to ensure that you have a successful experience with us.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
It is best to make reservations ASAP. Many days, especially during wedding season, will sell out.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you need to reschedule we can see if the date is available with no extra charges. If you decide to cancel we have a NO refund policy for deposits.
DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
We require a $200 credit card deposit unless stated otherwise. The remainder payment for your rental is due upon delivery, and can be made by cash or check. If we do not receive payment upon delivery, the credit card provided will be charged plus an additional 3.8% fee.
WHEN DO YOU DELIVERY MY RENTALS?
Standard delivery schedule is 1-3 days prior to your event based on our availability. Delivery schedule will be sent week prior. Same day delivery potentially available for an additional fee.
CAN I PICK UP?
No. All rentals are delivery service only.
HOW IS YOUR EQUIPMENT CLEANED?
Each unit/equipment is thoroughly cleaned with a disinfectant after each use. We also wipe down the unit after set up at your location, to ensure cleanliness. We take pride in maintaining new, and managed equipment for your enjoyment!
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, we carry liability insurance that covers all of our equipment. Once the equipment is delivered, the lessee is responsible for safe use. We will review instructions with you when we deliver the equipment. All of this information will be in our contract the renter will have to sign and date.
