HOW DO I PLACE A RESERVATION?
To book your equipment, please contact Rockstar Rental at (586) 834-8765 during our standard business hours. To confirm your reservation, we require your event details—including location and day-of contact information—along with a non-refundable credit card deposit.
DO YOU SET UP THE EQUIPMENT?
Setup and breakdown services are included for all Restroom Trailers, Refrigeration Trailers, Tents, and Dance Floors at the time of delivery.
Please note that setup is not included for tables, chairs, linens, or general décor. These items will be delivered to a central location on-site; however, if you require assistance with your floor plan, please contact us in advance to discuss custom labor options.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All deposits are non-refundable; however, we recognize that event plans can change unexpectedly. In such instances, we are happy to apply your deposit toward a future date, subject to equipment availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling your reservation.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY FEE?
Delivery fees are calculated based on your event location and specific site requirements. To ensure a smooth delivery, please notify us during the reservation process of any unique access considerations, such as steep terrain, stairs, or restricted entry points.
Standard delivery occurs during our normal business hours; however, we are happy to accommodate early morning (before 8 AM), late evening (after 8 PM), or same-day service for an additional coordination fee.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
A standard $200 credit card deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due in full at the time of delivery and may be paid via cash or check.
For your convenience, we also accept credit card payments for the final balance; please note that these transactions are subject to a 3.8% processing fee. To avoid delays, if a representative is not available to provide cash or check at delivery, the credit card on file will be charged the remaining balance plus the processing fee.
WHEN WILL MY DELIVERY BE?
Standard delivery occurs one to four days prior to your event, depending on our logistical schedule. You will receive a confirmed delivery day during the week before your reservation.
If your event requires same-day delivery or pickup, please contact us to discuss availability; a premium service fee will apply for these time-sensitive requests.
DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?
Your event’s success is our priority. Should an urgent matter or equipment concern arise, please rest assured that we are available to assist you. You may reach our dedicated support line at (586) 834-8765 (Option 1) for immediate attention.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, Rockstar Rental is fully licensed and carries comprehensive liability insurance covering all of our equipment. Upon delivery, the lessee assumes responsibility for the safe and proper use of the items. To ensure your event runs smoothly, our team will provide a thorough safety briefing and operational instructions at the time of setup.
Detailed terms regarding insurance and liability are outlined in our Rental Agreement, which must be signed and returned prior to the event date.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
To maintain our high standard of service and delivery, we require a $250.00 minimum for all party equipment rentals. Please note that this minimum applies to the equipment total and does not include delivery fees or optional service charges.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure your preferred equipment is available for your event date. Due to high demand—particularly during peak wedding and graduation seasons—our inventory fills up quickly. To guarantee availability, we suggest securing your reservation with a deposit at your earliest convenience.
CAN I PICK UP EQUIPMENT?
We do offer customer pick-up for select items. For a complete and up-to-date list of eligible equipment and current pricing, please visit our Customer Pick-Up page.
Please note that certain larger items (such as tents and trailers) require professional delivery and setup by our team to ensure safety and proper installation.
HOW IS YOUR EQUIPMENT CLEANED?
We take great pride in the quality and presentation of our inventory. Every unit undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection and is thoroughly sanitized with professional-grade disinfectant following each rental.
Additionally, our team performs a final "white-glove" wipe-down immediately after installation at your site to ensure your equipment is pristine and event-ready.
