DO YOU SET UP MY RENTALS?

Your Table and Chair rental does not come with set up. We are available to set up chairs and tables. Chairs start at .25 cents per chair to set up and .25 cents per chair to take down. Tables are $1 per table to set up and $1 per table to take down. We set up all Restroom Trailers, Refrigerated Trailers, Tents, Dance Floors, Custom Lighting.  Please contact us for a quote. We do not offer set up of table settings, linens, or general decor items.

 

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY FEE?

We charge a very reasonable delivery fee based on your location.  We will let you know how much when you call to reserve your order.  Please inform us PRIOR to delivery if there are special requirements for accessing your event location, such as steep driveways, stairs, or limited access to site. We charge an additional fee for any delivery or pick-up before 8 Am and after 8 Pm.

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

For party equipment there is a minimum order of $250.00.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

In order to place an order you have to call Rockstar Rental during business hours at

(586) 834-8765. To secure your reservation, we will record your name, event location, telephone numbers where you can be reached on the day of the event, the equipment that you are renting, and any other pertinent details that we will need to ensure that you have a successful experience with us.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

It is best to make reservations ASAP. If the date is available then so is our equipment.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you need to reschedule we can see if the date is available with no extra charges. If you decide to cancel we have a NO refund policy unless you cancel within 2 weeks of your event.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

We require 30% booking fee unless stated otherwise. The remainder payment for your rental is due upon delivery, and can be made by cash, or check. We require a credit card and deposit to reserve any rentals items. If we do not receive payment upon delivery, the credit card provided will be charged.

WHAT DO YOU SET UP?

The equipment we set up is our restroom trailer, reefer trailer, and tents. Tables, Chairs, and other equipment we drop off and the renter is responsible for set up.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVERY MY RENTALS?

Most rentals are dropped off 1-3 Business days before event. Please understand we drop off our items at the nearest location to our trailer. We expect our items that are dropped off to be exactly how and where we left them upon pickup.

CAN I PICK UP?

No Delivery service only.

HOW IS YOUR EQUIPMENT CLEANED?

Each unit/equipment is thoroughly cleaned with a disinfectant after each use. We also wipe down the unit after set up at your location, to ensure cleanliness. We take pride in maintaining new, and managed equipment for your enjoyment!

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes, we carry liability insurance that covers all of our equipment. Once the equipment is delivered and, the lessee is responsible for safe use. We will review instructions with you when we deliver the equipment; All of this information will be in our contract the renter will have to sign and date.
